Our Team
Clyde Ford, MBA, CEBS, AIFA
Clyde started Triton PEO Services with the success of business owners in mind.
He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration-Business Law from California State University Fresno in 1980 and his MBA from the Craig School in 1985. He earned his CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and International Foundation for Employee Benefit Plans, and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst as certified to by the John M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh and the Center for Fiduciary Studies.
Ashlynn Chandler
Ashlynn serves as the driving force behind Triton PEO's business strategy and client service delivery. She oversees the company's Professional Employment Organization platform and sponsored Multiple Employer Plan (MEP), while managing comprehensive back-office solutions in human resources, benefits, payroll, and compliance. Her leadership helps businesses reduce administrative burdens, enhance employee offerings, and focus on achieving their long-term goals.
Adriana "Nikki" John
As Office Manager, Nikki combines years of experience in qualified plan administration, employee education, data management, and business operations. She is dedicated to creating efficient processes, maintaining seamless information flow, and delivering the high level of service and support that Triton PEO clients have come to expect.
